Frequently Asked Questions

Framing

All prints are offered in at least 3 sizes;

Imperial: 12×16″, 13.5 x 18″ or 18×24″

Metric: 30.5 x 40.7cm, 34.3 x 45.7cm or 45.7 x 60.9cm

For the Toe Box range, we have also introduced a new smaller size of 10.5″ x 14″ (26.7 x 35.6cm) which suits the format really well, esp when displaying multiple prints on one wall.

Sizes were chosen to best allow you to choose off the shelf frames from the likes of Amazon and Ikea. The Ikea Ribba range has a 40x50cm frame which allows you to mount either the 12″ x 16″ or the 13.5″ x 18″ print on top of the mount. For the new 10.5″ x 14″ option, the Ikea Ribba range offers a 30x40cm frame which accommodates the print well on top of the mount. The prints have a small white border, which does allow you to frame with or without a mount, you will need to go one logical size up with your frame if a mount is required.

Delivery

We provide international delivery calculated at checkout. Due to worldwide shipping challenges, we can no longer offer a fixed £7 Global delivery. Instead, the following shipping charges apply:

UK – £6.45

Germany – £6.10

Rest of Europe – £10.95

North America – £15.50

Rest of the World – £25.75

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your print, but, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly provide a full refund on the return of your print(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please email to inform us that you are returning your print and ship to the fulfilment address detailed within your package.

Please include your order number and email address alongside your print.

Commissions

Very happy to consider special requests / alternative sizes / commissions, not all sneakers were destined to become Sneaker Aspects, esp those with few contrasting colours and those with a lot of texture (think Yeezy’s!).
